 ON ZeroHarm Competition

The purpose of this initiative is to set a process to promote improvements in the EHS situation:

• Considering a combined performance of relevant EHS Indicators.
• Supporting with the ZeroHarm plan implemented and adding actions to reduce accidentality and increase Inspections and SWATs.
• The ZeroHarm Competition will be followed every month, but at the end of FY25, not only the one with the best performance will be recognized, but also the ones showing good indicators and strong contribution to our ZeroHarm ambition.

Criteria to measure in this competition:

Combined ZeroHarm Performance = 
(TRIR x 0.4)+(ICCC x 0.25)+(Compliance with Inspection Plan x 0.25) + (Compliance with ON Leadership EHS Checklist Plan x 0.1)
